I was able to sleep and felt less tense. Jo worked at a level I was comfortable with whilst ensuring she was meeting my needs. As well as my massage Jo also advised me on useful techniques to help alleviate symptoms in between treatments. I have already recommended Jo to friends, family and colleagues and will continue to do so.
