Their online system is extremely simple and easy to navigate around. The company have a dedicated contact team with telephone operatives to assist if you are unsure about anything - Melissa in particular is always brilliant so helpful and knowledgeable.
The rates for TNT and DHL are substantially lower than going direct to the
source.
I would definitely recommend InXpress to anyone looking to move shipments/parcels at a decent rate!
